Answers to the common questions first — a real reply by email if they don't cover it.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside FitCue. Open iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions › FitCue › Cancel, or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Install FitCue, open the paywall or the You tab, and tap Restore purchases while signed into the same Apple ID.
Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — most decisions arrive within 48 hours.
Check the voice toggle in the You tab, check your ring/silent switch and volume, and make sure another app isn't holding the audio session (pause other audio apps). Voice guidance uses the device's speech engine, so it also works offline.
Reminders are local notifications. Check they're enabled in the app's Settings, then in iOS Settings › Notifications › FitCue. If you use Focus modes, allow FitCue in the Focus you train under.
Yes — your plan comes from your onboarding answers, and you can redo them or switch programme from the You tab without losing your history.
Your data lives on your device. Use "Erase my data and start again" in the You tab, or delete the app. There is no account and nothing stored on our servers — see the privacy policy.
FitCue is general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise programme, and stop any session that causes pain, dizziness or chest discomfort. Full details are in section 2 of the terms of use.
